This policy covers this website and the Memor service: the mobile app for iOS and Android and the web dashboard that real-estate agencies use to work with their clients.
This website
On this site we collect what you type into the demo request: your name, your agency or company, phone number, city, number of agents and comment.
We use them to contact you, arrange the demo and prepare it. We do not sell them or pass them to third parties for advertising.
Requests are kept on our own servers and are seen only by Memor staff. We delete a request on your request.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To see how the site is used, we record visits with Microsoft Clarity, which sets its own cookies; it does not see what you type into the form. The site sets no advertising cookies.

The Memor app and service
Memor is used by the staff of real-estate agencies. Accounts are created by the agency, not by signing up in the app. What an agency keeps about its clients is the agency’s decision; for that data Memor works on the agency’s behalf.
We keep your account (name, email, phone, photo, your role and agency) and what you and your colleagues enter: clients, deals, payments, tasks, listings, floor plans and documents, the chats with clients from the messengers your agency connects (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), and the photos, voice messages and files you send or attach.
On your phone the app uses the camera and your photos only for the pictures you choose to send or attach, the microphone only while you record a voice message or a video, and your location only when you send it in a chat, while the app is open. For notifications it keeps your device’s push token. Your sign-in is stored in the phone’s secure storage, and recent data is kept on the phone so the app opens without a connection.
The service runs on our own servers, rented from netcup in the European Union. Photos, voice messages and files are stored at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and delivered through Amazon CloudFront. Notifications go through Expo to Apple and Google. Messages to and from clients pass through the messengers themselves and the services that connect them to Memor. Invitations and password resets are sent by email. The app has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell data or share it for advertising.
If your agency turns on the AI assistant, the chat messages it answers and the documents it is asked to read are sent to an AI model provider (by default Google Gemini, through OpenRouter) only to produce the answer. Agencies that do not turn it on send nothing to AI providers.
Data is kept while your agency uses Memor. Your agency’s administrator can delete records and deactivate staff accounts at any time. When an agency stops using Memor, we delete its data at its request.
You can delete your account yourself in the app: Profile → Delete account. Your name, email, phone and photo are erased; what you worked on stays with your agency. To get a copy of what we hold about you, ask your administrator or write to support@workpiece.io.
Memor is a work tool and is not meant for children.
